service was really nice and friendly, and they do card payments which they say cash only on the website, but when i got my septum done it was not disinfected by anything before piercing, also i wanted it done where my last one was done and it is far from the original placement and not exactly flattering on me as it was before, disappointing seeing as everyone else i talk to has such great experiences here

I would like to take this opportunity to express me sincerest thank to all the staff at Metal Fatigue. My wife and I had been searching for a suitable piercing studio in the area for me to get my very long awaited PA piercing done. My wife also wanting to have her Daith done. However it was proving very difficult to find a suitable studio that not only could do it but had a the experience and reputation also. I was about to spend serious money getting parts of me pierced that could prove troublesome if its not done correctly. I was put in touch by a work colleague who has visited them herself.. we found their website and were suitably impressed by the incredibly high standards. Something I would expect to see in that kind of profession if i'm honest. So we made our booking. Located in central Bournemouth it was very easy to find.. and as soon as we arrived we were met by very friendly and welcoming staff. A quick form to fill in and we were ready. The studio itself was superbly clean and incredibly well kempt. I could instantly tell I was in very safe hands here. Any business that takes that much pride in its work place is going to be professional at every level! I was made to feel very relaxed and being 51 years old I prefer the frank and direct kind of conversation. Well i wasn't disappointed. I can definitely recommend Metal Fatigue as one of the major studios in the area. Friendly, Welcoming, Professional and extremely experienced. My wife and I would like to thank the staff personally, if they read this for helping a guy in his 50's, with his mid life crisis!

Couldn't praise metal fatigue and AJ enough! My 14 year old niece was struggling a little with getting her ears pierced and he was absolutely incredible with her, he talked her through it, reassured her, there was no pressure, and just overall very friendly and helpful. If I could rate with 100 stars i defintiely would! This will be the only place I plan to go to for future piercings and will be recommending to everyone! 🙂 Service: Ear piercing
