Horrendous company, appealed through POPLA who were happy to accept photographic evidence from MET Parking Service that were over 6 years old, and although I provided current photographic evidence that there are no signs visible when accessing the controlled area. POPLA still refused the appeal... go figure!!!

I truly think this company is making money from PCNs that they issue to anyone that they have a chance. We parked a bit longer to charge our electric car enough to make it to the next part of our journey and we left as soon as this was done, but it is not considered at all, that you might run out of electricity on the motorway as there are still not that many charging points available outside of London. This is how you are supported for having a car that doesn't harm the environment. If we have a chance to avoid this charging station in the future, we will. McDonalds and Instavolt both lost a customer for working with this company.

Liars is a mild term. Have a catalogue of evidence against them... they have lied, not proved delivery, broken ICO rules, been sexist and misogynistic on the phone... gone back on a contract... how does the DVLA get away with sharing information to crooks? May as well do it themselves!!

Horrendous company. I got a final reminder for 100 pounds when I never got the first one which was supposed to be for 50 pounds as I learned later. Impossible to appeal as my reference number was coming as invalid when I tried to contact customer service they said I need to appeal on the website and they won't help. I didn't see the sign and we exceeded the time by a few minutes. I'm a single mum on universal credit and now I have to pay 170 pounds and there's no way.

I have this week received a debt collection letter for £170 for an unpaid parking fine, which I was never informed about. This fine is from October 2020!! I've attempted to contact MET Parking about this, and appeal but I can't access the appeal process as according to the debt collectors, MET have closed the ticket and passed it to them. I have attempted anyway and it appears this is true. This means I am not able to even appeal through Popla, as I don't have an appeal reference number. I will continue to attempt to contact them, but can't help but feel they ultimately know that law abiding citizens will feel they have no choice but to find the money and pay over the anxiety of being taken to court or having debt collectors at their door.

Lowlifes of the highest order. Bottom feeder business that likes to slap extortionate fees onto unwitting drivers with zero lines of arbitration for the public. Scum basically, no other word can be found to describe them. This government need to sort these crooks out and close the aggressive bully-boy channels they use to impose their fines. Utter disgrace the UK allows companies like this to operate, and to the people who choose to work for these companies, you are pond-life! Get a proper job where your doing something good for society instead of working for legalised crooks.
