You can tell they are lying, their lips are moving! An ingratiating lot when they want something from you but when you email or call them with a query you are unlikely to get a response. Calls left on the office answer machine are not returned, calls to the leasing manager's mobile go directly to voicemail (and not returned), emails to him are ignored and when you call during office hours the leasing manager is NEVER available (and he will not return your call). If you do manage to speak to someone do not expect much, you’ll get plenty of promises and excuses though if you dare challenge their drivel then they will be curt and say you have to put everything in writing (even though you have already done this weeks earlier). If have to deal with this bunch, good luck!
