Where is my £230. I am waiting for a refund. REFUND MY MONEY NOW. TIKTOK REVIEW COMING SOON Disappointed. Rude staff. Not worth it at all 😂. Update: I need a refund of £30, which is the deposit of the laser hair treatment. Also need the £200 back for the chemical peel. Thanks to your clinic, my face is ruined and has dark scars everywhere. I had better skin before I visited the clinic. I left with scars and more hyperpigmentation. I need a full refund of £200. Now I have to go to another clinic to fix this issue. If you don't refund me my money, I will be posting about my experience on other social media platforms. I have over 17,000 uk followers across TikTok and instagram. If you don't refund me then it would be a shame. Please speak to your clients with respect. They work hard to earn money. This clinic staff is money stealer. I have booked few sessions for my face one time i have called the clinic 72 hours before my appointment and they still did charge me for that On 2nd last session I received a call from the clinic on the day and she asked me am i coming for the session. I said yes i am on the way may be 5 or ten minutes late due to traffic she informed me no worries you can do it tomorrow Next day when i went i have been informed that my sessions have completed i was really shocked i asked how she said you missed yesterday and one you cancelled in July i told the staff yes i cancelled one byt 72 hours prior to the appointment and yesterday staff told me to come next day. It has been since two months no one in bother to contact back to me even though i asked receptionist ask your manager about it. Now i will take the legal action to county court I am not going leave it like this i will be accelerating further. Services: Facial hair removal, Laser hair removal

They have the worst customer service ever. The staff are very rude. I have been trying to either reschedule or get refund for a full facial treatment but they are so rude about it. Everytime I call or pop into the store, reception staff keeps telling me that a manager will contact me back but I haven’t heard anything back from them and it has been nearly a month now. The service is very poor. SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay away from this place.
