    Really disappointed. Went to view vito van to Derby. 3 hours of a travel. Was put on the hold. Once I decided to buy and left couple of questions day after but was never answered. Made several calls but not answered. Left voice mails but no one called back. After the bank holiday, on tuesday I just noticed the van was no more listed on auto traders. Apparently it was sold but why was I not informed at first place. Waisted 5 days. Disappointed. . .

    I have had almost every make of car over the years and have had some good and bad experiences with dealerships. However Mertrux in my opinion are absolutely head and shoulders above the rest. Without going into to much detail I had a problem with my a class due to another garage not doing the work properly and it caused more damage and more problems than I could ever have imagined and for 9 months they scratched their heads and said that nothing was wrong with the car and after them having it back 4-5 times in 9 months they said I could take it to Mertrux who had it in and checked everything and put it all right going well above and beyond for me and now my car feels like a brand new one again and I know because I had a brand new c class courtesy car while they had mine Amazing people and the best main dealership I’ve ever dealt with.     Our CLS went to Metrux recently for a manufacturers safety recall. Work was completed on time, with friendly customer service. Given 5 stars but would have been even happier if they’d given the car a goodwill wash while they had it. Recommended 👍
