Unless you’re happy paying the inflated buy it now price then don’t waste your time with this place. All auctions are ghost bided to the price they want. When you get out bid, the van will still be for sale every time, unless someone has fallen victim to one of their scams. Trading standard will close this place

Bought a van two months ago after pickup the vehicle and reaching my destination there was a leak coming from the engine take it to be diagnosed the injectors needs replacing and the return pipe. Call the warrant company speak to Graham who told me that they don't cover leaks. So I am stuck with a non working vehicle can even take my partner to her hospital appointment and she is disabled. Don't trust these people. COWBOY

Purchased a van this week the sales staff couldn't have been more helpful especially Owen who went above and beyond with his advice, knowledge and extreme patience with my many initial choices and questions. A big thank you to the ladies in the cafe who were super friendly. AVOID!! purchased a van 2 days ago and drove 5 miles up the road and broke down. No coolant in the van at all. Topped up and a day later it’s empty again. After a phone call this morning they’re basically saying it could’ve happened in that 5 miles and they can’t do anything to help. Vehicle is not fit for purpose. I thought they’d at least offer some help and morally do the right thing instead of giving me the whole you buy from an auction and can’t do nothing about any faults once you’ve paid the money. Hard earnt cash spent on a vehicle not fit for purpose and should’ve been described as spares or repair. I’ll also add that they knew it was empty because the engine bay has been cleaned. After another phone call asking to speak to the general manager he’s busy surprisingly. Quite sad really that a big company like this who I imagine make a good amount of profit can’t help in any way possible other than make it clear i signed for it and say it’s sold as seen no known faults etc well I expect minor faults yes but not major faults that stop you from even getting the van home. Personally I’ve sold lots of vans on eBay and always offered help afterwards even with all the good old sold as seen malarkey. I do hope the public take something from this honest review of my experience with them and be cautious before placing a bid.
