Extremely helpful staff and managed to isolate and fix the actual problem and fix it. We had been messed around by another company to start with but these guys were a breath of fresh air ,absolutely marvellous and as I said fixed the car so it was in full working order. I got my Skoda Octavia VRS Mk2 TDI re-mapped last month by Ian and the lads. 100% went to the right place. I've heard off people having issues with flash maps so i didnt want to go down that road. Ian had my existing map customised safely. I could feel the difference straight away. The car pulls in every gear. Ian has years of experience and is very Knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend, I'll be bringing my other car for a re-map very soon.

Had my car re-mapped from here today, great service, checked my car on their diagnostics machine first and did multiple test drives throughout the map! Car feels great! Gave me some good advice also which I intended to use! When the warranty is up on my Mercedes, 100% taking it here to get a map on that as well. You will find garages out there that will re map cheaper but for the extra £50 you get a much better service, they check the car is ok to have a map on it first and they won’t do it if they know there is a problem with the car! You know that the job has been done right which is what you want, rather than someone throwing any old software on your car!

In the week before Christmas my car cut out completely and wouldn't start again. The RAC came out and said it was the fuel pump and it would need replacing. First quote I got was for £1850 plus Vat which I was told was high. A friend of mine recommended Mersey Tuning. Gave them a call to ask for a price. They asked what car it was and said a fuel pump replacement was unusual. Recommended I get it checked first by a diesel specialist (Alco Diesel in Burscough) Turns out it was nothing to do with the pump and the cost of the repair was only £300!!! Sorry for the long post but the advice saved me over £1500 and I could easily have gone ahead with the repair knowing nothing about cars. Such an honest business and I would highly recommend them to anyone. So grateful for their help.
