We spoke with Paul on a Friday evening once I noticed I had a severe blockage with our drains. He gave us some amazing help/support/advise over the telephone that helped alleviate our blockage and to allow for him to return the following week to actually remedy the cause of the issue. Other companies we spoke with just immediately mentioned their very high call out fees before discussing the issue, Paul instantly understood our issue and from the offset wanted to help. Same day service and great result. Came out the day I called about my scaled up drains. He was able to estimate the cost and time up front, just from the phone call and pretty accurately. Price was good and he didn't skimp on things like using camera to check during and after the work to make sure he wasn't damaging the drains and that they were left clean. All left nice and tidy and finally have a free flowing drain that won't block every few months.
