Go there to get 200 stamps at a time and then go back and post 200 letters and then get an other 200 stamps. And the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Worst post office ever. They should be trained as professionals and dressed professionally not like crackheads. Went in on Thursday and they said they can't do the service I needed but then I went to a local post office near me who said thats not a problem and solved my query and bill transaction. Clearly this post office in merryhill should be shut down. All they do is just sit there and sit on their mobile phones watching videos and messaging. Avoid this place. I would never trust this post office with any of my mail services.

Visited on Thursday to buy a gift card & make a small purchase. I went away absolutely appalled at the level of service I experienced, first by the lady who snapped at me when I said I was paying by card as her card machine wasn't working & then by the young girl behind the counter of the shop. It was obviously a real inconvenience for her to serve me as she was eating her lunch at the time. Very sorry I disturbed you Madame!! She again snapped at me to go to the other service point & was rude when I accidentally attempted to use my card on the machine a bit too early. I felt like a naughty little girl!! From now on I will not be using this store again. I will use the post office in Birmingham if I need to. The staff behave better there!
