Really wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Had a key cut 1 Month ago for my front door and barely unlocks. My most recent experience went in for a price on a spare key for my car and once my key was placed in there machine to check the code and pricing my key no longer starts the car. All members of staff are rude and talk over you constantly denying all knowledge that there machine or employee have wiped the ignition code from the key. Now they won't even make a new key to try and start the car as the cost I'm now paying would make them liable for the damage they have caused. Typical back out clause to prevent liability to there shop. DO NOT AT ALL USE THIS SHOP FOR ANY REPAIRS, KEY CUTS OR CAR KEYS.

Over charged and rude always thinking about charging unlawfuly poor customer service skills and felt as I was judged by my race and colour and unnecessary waiting times .will not be using them again very rude.try Fourprints on waterfall road dy5 2qp for better results and professional staff also more reasonable prices do not get ripped off by cobblers and be lied to for there own benefits.will never use these again.

Very rude and disgusting attitude was spoken to in a very disrespectful way due to my race the old guy who called him self a manager only interested in the money out of my card was overcharged and lied to only for his own benefit when asked why he stormed off and told he's staff to charge me double it was a simple key copy when I had a key to copy aswell was charged 45 pounds out of my card absolute disgusting act by the manager very racist and very rude to coloured people did not allow me to make a complaint and walked away would advise any colour people not to use this store.
