My dog is very happy here. She is very comfortable with the staff, indicating she has been properly treated and looked after. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The premises is spacious and as tidy as dogs allow it to be. I only wish they could do longer hours to allow me to drop off and collect in good time. This is a good place for dogs.

Very disappointed. My pup is a 14 month old staffie cross. Merrist Wood does not take any bull breeds, including French bulldogs. Lady on phone said they have mainly cocker poos. Why should my pup be excluded because of her breed? She just needs some friends to play with.
