Good quality repairs done quickly. Took in two pairs of boots to be re-soled and they truly look good as new. They didn't just add new soles but repaired damage to the heel too. Other cobblers I've used haven't done that. Thanks!

If you live in London, and need your shoes to be repaired, your search is over - Merrifield's is the place for you. I would describe Robert's work as thorough, excellent attention to detail and speedy. You will be getting more than you asked for, along with a very fair price, and great advice. My old boots are in a better condition now than when I bought them from a store. They look like new. I could not recommend this place enough!

The neighbourhood shoe repair place of my dreams. Knowledgeable, transparent and work is done to a high standard. Extended the life of one favourite pair of old boots (which I thought were doomed to the dustbin) by about 6 years. Brings same level of care to jobs big and small. A gem.

I asked Rob to do quite an odd job - significantly lower a pair of high heels so I could actually walk in them! I was nervous about the height of those shoes + how insecure my ankles felt in the platform. Rob turned this around in less than a day while keeping the integrity of the shoe and also the iconic red soles for me. Overall, I'm really pleased with how they turned out and look forward to actually being able to wear my shoes!
