    Bloke got his knickers in a twist because I didn’t have cash and had to pay with card, and that meant he’d get charged by the bank. No one carries cash nowadays. Regardless, I spoke to him on the phone before going in and he told me the price over the phone - if card payments are so important, warn your customers before they come in and maybe they can plan better? Some people are genuinely busy and need an urgent print, without time to consider all the variables to help YOUR business out - it’s just not your customers’ problem. Very weird experience. It’s cringeworthy when businesses make their profit your issue.
