A great and beautiful discovery. Cute and cosy spot to eat Eritrean/Ethiopian food in a welcoming place. The owner was amazing all the way. We had samosas and spinach cottage as starters and a mixed platter with meat and veggie with my friend. The spices were 😍 and the portions were generous. Will definitely return (next week :))!

Not claiming to be an expert, but I have had Ethiopian food many times from different restaurants in the US and the key flavors have always been the same (and delicious - this was not). I had a combination of vegetarian dishes and can't really put into words how strange/off everything tasted...the injera was incredibly sour. The yellow lentils were dry and had no flavor. The cabbage dish was a surprising dark brown and had a sourness to it. Nothing tasted remotely like anything I've experienced before.

We were really looking forward to this as haven’t had Ethiopian food in a few years and the place has high reviews. We we disappointed as it wasn’t at all up to the standard of other places. The food on the sharing platter was not at all enough for £40 - we had 3 dishes that were lots of bulk with a very small amount of meat in each. Also, we had a sneak peak into the kitchen and it was dirty. We left after 45mins after paying £60 and not feeling like we’d eaten a proper dinner.
