Absolutely terrible. Bought 1 new tyre through Black Circles and booked fitting here for PM slot - arrived at 1230. Could barely get in the car park because they were still backed up with work from the morning. Employee on reception was rude and unhelpful, spent ages complaining to the customer in front of me that he was going to walk out with stress, then told me that the wait would be several hours. I asked if I should come back later and was told 1630 would be better, only to return as advised and be told it would still be at least an hour wait. Other staff sat around doing nothing both times. Tried to give me the keys to someone else's car because they weren't listening to me when I gave my details. I eventually refused the fitting and have contacted Black Circles to arrange a different fitter. Would NOT recommend.

Any issues, they contact you and show you what or where the problem(s) are and give you the solutions to work around it. Have never ever been let down. They’re always busy which I view as a good thing and a credit to the guys that work there. Always looked after and reasonably priced!
