Until today, I have been more than pleased with the service of Merityre, finding the technicians keen to offer the very best experience. Today, I arrived for my appointment to have 2 Continental tyres fitted (booked 3 days ago) only to find that the ordering system is now different and I could only have a lesser brand or re-book, presumably with no guarantee. Waiting 50 minutes, surrounded by adverts for the tyres I was unable to have, did not improve my impression of the service now available. So, apologies, Merityre, but I will not be returning.

Phoned up first thing in the morning. A friendly and helpful gentleman answered the phone, listened to my request and got me booked in the same day for 1230. My wheel was changed over eoth another one and they happily changed the tyres over too between the wheels. They also aligned my wheels. Perfect service. Happy to talk and let me watch, took good care of my vehicle the entire time. I couldn't fault the work. A shame I can't remember the names of the people working that day. I'd definitely recommend these guys
