I had a message performed by very very sick member if a team. She should not be working with clients in that condition. Through entire massage she was coughing and sniffing, taking medication, literally in my face. Few days after I was sick too… very unpleasant and unprofessional, this says a lot about the business.

While the spa treatment was good, the facilities weren't. Because the building functions mainly as a gym, the steam and sauna rooms were really busy, there was no where to sit and properly relax. The whole building had a damp smell, and didn't feel very clean to be honest. When I raised this concern with the staff, I requested a partial refund due to the fact myself and my sister were not able to use the facilities. However, we were told this was not possible because of the fact I had purchased the Spa Day via their website (which didn't really make sense to me). I felt like it was very reasonable to request a refund for the difference in the cost of a Spa Day vs. the treatments and this was repeatedly refused. The staff weren't very helpful, and I was really disappointed that my feedback was not taken seriously. I discussed these issues with the Spa directly for many weeks, as I really didn't want to leave a bad review, but sadly there was no solution provided. The treatments were fine, but I definitely don't think the "spa" is worth it at all. UPDATE: I am unable to reply to the response provided by the Spa. However I wanted to make clear that I was not offered this money back. I was offered to use the value of the difference in another treatment, but I explained many times that this was not a good solution for several reasons; 1) the venue was over an hour away from me, 2) it would not assist both myself and my sister, it was only enough for one small treatment, 3) I did not wish to return to the venue for the exact reasons I requested the refund. Once again, I feel this could have been very easily resolved with a partial refund. Just frustrating that we are at this point.
