These ladies work tirelessly all day in our lovely little Village post office, they always go out of their way to make sure we get everything we need and are happy to offer Assistance if needed! Granted the small local post office doesn’t offer as many services as the bigger branches do, but for our Villagers and their Everyday needs they are Nothing short of fantastic and we are lucky to have them Xx

Unbelievably rude staff This is the first time I have used this post office (and the last) I just went to drop off a parcel and get them to print my returns label off. I’m not sure if she’s unhappy about the printing label process or not (not sure why, as it takes less than 30 seconds) but as soon as I advised it needs printing, she tried to tell me that they can’t print it and that I needed to do it. I advised I’ve had no problem at other post offices and I have no access to a printer to which she shrugged her shoulders. I found my email which stated the label could be printed in the post office which I shown her. She then decided to print it. She spoke and treated me as if I had just committed a crime, I had a very frosty reception from her, she then concluded to hand the receipt over in an aggressive manor, no thank you, have a good day, that’s all done for you, just silence. I’ve left feeling very deflated. You shouldn’t be in a customer facing job if you can’t even use your manners. Absolutely appalling. After a long working week, to carry out a simple task like sending a parcel back, I really didn’t expect to be left feeling the way I do. I can see I’m not the only one as the reviews for this Post Office is diabolical. Get some new friendly staff members (ones that enjoy their job)
