Starting with a positive, John was responsive and quick with his report. But that's where is starts and ends. John was extremely rude and impatient when I gave him a call to ask a few questions about the report. Given how much I paid him it's amazing he would get any business. 2/5 - would not recommend. Only nudging him up to 2 because he was responsive. More like Meredith Unhelpful surveyors.
