We have a mercury alarm that started going off every hour starting at 5am last Tuesday (3 days ago). Still awaiting a call back from Mercury. Very poor. To follow-up on your very swift response to a google review: I called at 9:45am on July 19th and was promised someone would get back to me. The lady on the phone took all my details. We're not on a maintenance contract but have had you out in the past to change sensors, add new sensors etc. I guess this may have been an opportunity to sell your maintenance services. The alarm was going off every hour as I described. Maybe an older alarm so doesn't have the 3 re-arm limit as you describe. When it got to the close of office hours on Tuesday and i'd heard nothing I had to look elsewhere for a solution hence not chasing you on this. Saved me the £126 minimum call-out charge anyway.

Hiya, I’ve settled my account today but I just wanted to say how professional and considerate Aaron was. He wore a face mask and gloves, completed the service very efficiently, provided us with a summary of what he had done and, before leaving, he let me know what he had touched so that I could wipe down afterwards. I was a little anxious about having someone come to my home but I needn’t have worried. Well done Aaron and Mercury.

Excellent company to work with. Ashely came to survey my property and was very friendly and helpful, Lisa also provided fantastic support and guidance through the process. Shane the engineer was really helpful and knowledgeable about the system, and walked me through everything nothing was too much trouble for him and was very tidy with his work. I contacted Mercury Fire and Security for a quote to carry out burglar alarm maintenance works required at a commercial unit in Nottingham. Ashley attended the site urgently as I’d requested and was very helpful on the day. A quotation was provided by Lisa who was very responsive via email answering all my questions before arranging two separate site visits as required. Both alarm engineers Nick and Shane were friendly, professional and knowledgeable in what they did. We will certainly be using them again and would recommend this company for any domestic or commercial fire and security work needed.
