I bought online a mercedes BClass from mercland. Pictures and car description were accurate, only some minor cosmetics you can understand as it is not a brand new car. Apart from that, the car was in mint condition. I had a car delivered in time as promised. The car came with mot and fresh service + hpi info and all the previous service records. Not a great experience with Mercland. Brought a C class from them last year. Car broke down, which was still under warranty, had the car recovered back to them, at my cost, no offer to recover the car. Took two and a half weeks to get back to me. After picking my car up, I noticed damage to my car and the car is still not repaired correctly, I'm going to have to take it to another garage to get it repaired, I don't trust Mercland and there work. Don't waste your time with the contact email, no one's looking at it. I would recommend avoiding Mercland.

Bought my first Mercedes from Mercland after a recommendation from my brother. I bought the veh after viewing on line, which I’ve never done before. The vehicle was delivered to me in West Wales on a trailer and in great condition. On driving the vehicle I noticed a slight grinding noise from the front n/s wheel, it turned out to be a bearing, something they would have picked up on if the veh had been driven to me. I contacted Jay and Mercland and the vehicle was collected, repaired and returned to West Wales within six days including a weekend. I can honestly say I’ve never had customer service as good as this when I’ve bought any car. Outstanding dealership, stunning car, will definitely use them again!!

Purchased a car in March 2023. The sale process was fine but the car was missing a parcel shelf. They said they'd ship one to me but 3 months later and constant chasing on my end I've been fobbed off too many times. I had to buy my own one. Had to chase on the V5 registration as well. Bottom line - pre sale was OK, after sales was really poor. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.
