Avoid this company like a plague, I bought an Eden grey gloss basin wall hung unit in April 2019. My husband and i saved some money over 16months to upgrade our bathroom. All is great except this one unit that we purchased and had it installed. Within 2 weeks the doors on the unit started bubbling up because water from the basin was seeping in. We took the drawers back to the shop where we bought it from and he changed the doors and replaced with new ones. Great right. No within 2 weeks same problem the water seeped in again and the gloss started bubbling. So took them back to the shop and the guy said he will get it sorted from the company. They replaced the doors again but the main units trimming was peeling too. So I sent the pictures of the damage to the shop who said he will get the company to sort it out. But 9 months down the line I have a damaged unit with no doors. The shop and the company booked 3 appointments to visit the property but have let me down I waited all day but they did not turn up. Now i phoned the mercian company and spoke to the manager matthew who wants to rebook a visit when it's not convenient for us. He was not helpful at all and very arrogant. He has no customer service skills. Be careful and avoid this guy.
