Having visited Mercian on 25/09/17 to obtain a quotation for fabrication I was told I would receive a quote that week as it was something they could easily produce. A week goes by, no response. I leave 2 messages on their answering machine, no response. A week later I telephone and spoke to a rather rude sales assistant who tried to locate the quotation. Somebody in the background shouts out 'don't want to do it' so I ask why nobody has politely called me to let me know they do not wish to quote (as I am sitting here waiting) and before I could finish the sentence the phone was slammed down on me. I have visited some great businesses in the Midlands but Mercian is top of the list of Cowboy companies not to mention diabolical customer service. It's simple!! If you do not want to do the work say so at the time don't make people wait 2 weeks in the hope you want the work. COWBOYS.
