My parents and sister recommended Mercian after having their kitchen worktops from there previously. I was quoted half of what Howdens quoted me for an island and counter spaces. Fantastic service from Carolyn, Alistair and all that work at Mercian. From quote stage to ongoing queries, to visiting the workshop, to fitting the counters. When visiting the workshop to look at the various quartz, I lost my phone. All the team were really helpful and caring, it turned up in the car (Baby brain)! Thanks Mercian for a great experience, love my new kitchen!

Really happy with the finish of our quartz from Mercian marble.. Alistair was knowledgeable and friendly talking us through everything during the templating process. We picked the exact quartz we wanted and it was fitted 2 weeks later. Fitters did a great job and took care not to damage walls/units etc. Not sure why the negative reviews, not the experience we had at all, we can highly recommend. Thanks again.. perfect finish to the project..
