My son is buying a flat in castle vale ,Mercian are the service providers …since he moved in he has five leak/floods from his ceiling from the upstairs flat ..which he had to get the fire brigade out several times …all the plastic pipe work in his ceiling is leaking ,Mercian just keep sending the same guy out ,who just keeps patching it up ,and a week later ,his ceiling is leaking a gain …very bad service provider
