When I saw the car and took it for a a test drive, the battery was flat. Myself and the mechanic I took with me highlighted this as an area for concern and was assured it would be sorted. A little over a month after I bought the car, I had to call the RAC out as the battery was flat. I contacted the garage and asked them to contribute to the cost of replacing it but they have declined and advised it has nothing to do with them. I've spoken to several mechanics and they all say that a healthy battery wouldn't have died in 30 days. I'm incredibly disappointed and would be reticent to recommend this dealer to anyone else.

I bought a Boxster GTS. I paid the deposit online before seeing the car due to distance. You always worry about turning up and seeing something not as described, but this car was absolutely as described and really well presented. The service was professional throughout. I can definitely recommend buying from Mercia.

I have used Mercia Motors for several different motoring needs over the last 8 years, servicing, MOT, tyres etc. This time I needed help in selling my car, I was not keen on having many people around the house when I put it up for sale. I spoke with Greg the owner of Mercia, we came up with an agreement for sale or return and I left my car with them. I was kept in the loop all the time, Ryan and Shaun were always honest and straightforward. Once the car had sold I was given a breakdown of costs by Greg and the funds were given back to me, it’s been an easy transaction from start to finish. I would definitely give them first chance next time, 5 stars all round.
