Good gf fish and chips however appalling customer service. Waited 35 mins just for two portions of chips and sauce tonight. Queue not that long but staff too busy doing Uber/deliveroo orders to acknowledge customers in the shop. Stood for several minutes even when I reached the front of the queue before anyone acknowledged me. Only realised when I left that there’s a 30 min limit on parking (which I didn’t look at as who expects to be a long time for fish and chips) so will now possibly get a parking fine.

Total letdown, Don't ya think it's expensive enough, at least teach your new staff better, 1star, I won't go there again , same as Norton fisheries, terrible for the silly rip-off prices, just teach the new staff better, the boy had no clue, my kebab was rubbish, he didn't listen to what I said at all, resulting in a mushy tasteless meal, wrapped like a 3 year old had done it, fact,

Had a large cod and chips and a normal size fish and chips . Normal size was average fish , large fish was atrocious ! Extremely dried out throughout, and mostly batter . Only fit for the bin . Will not return . Do not expect food like this to be served, not cheap either . Wasted money .
