Such a wonderful little boutique hotel. Perfect location - 2 mins walk from the beach and 12 mins down to the main shopping area. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Only 5 rooms and a little kitchen which had everything you could need if you didn't want to eat out. The room was spotlessly clean, warm, very nicely decorated and the most comfortable bed I've EVER slept in! We had a very clean en-suite with fancy Scottish Soap company soaps and shampoo so that's a nice touch. The room had a little Krups coffee machine with complimentary coffee, milk and water. Would definately recommend this over a big chain hotel. If we visit Folkestone again in the future we would stay here again! Just worry noting there is stairs up to the rooms so not suitable for those with mobility issues.
