WORST possible professional service. AVOID at all cost!!!! I have been waiting since November 2021 (5months!) for my order to be completed and nothing has moved. I have called continuously and kept believing the executive team that things would be fixed but nothing has changed. Not only that but Marty, who is now in charge, refuses to respond to my emails. He promised to call this afternoon and has not done so. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid!

In the past I've had universally terrible experiences buying custom merch and I just thought that's how it is. I gave Merch Masters a try expecting similar results but they've blown me away. Great quality, friendly team, and they were able to work with a tight turnaround time for my first order for an event we were hosting. Looking forward to working with them more going forward. 10/10

Used this company for a sample order of 6 items, they turned up to a very poor and embarrassing quality, wonky logo, printed over loose fabric, I complained and almost had to argue and prove to them that there quality was poor, with there reply being well you asked for that. You signed off on that. I had to send them back as all 6 items were so poor which cost me £13, I asked will I be compensated for the hassle and cost of returning your poor quality to which I was told us redoing our faults is your compensation. So the new batch of redone items turns up, they’ve redone 3 of them and put the same 3 back in the box!! As if they could try get away with it again!! Terrible company, terrible attitude and very very poor quality, if they can’t even get 6 sample items right two times of asking and me paying £188 and the £13 to send them back what would they be like handling a much larger order, I’d give these less than 1 star if I could, will never ever use or recommend merch masters again!
