Great customer service! I had a home delivery but I wasn't in at the time the guy delivered, so he rang me, I spoke to him on the phone and said I've just finished work and that I'll be 20 mins! So he said on the phone that he'll come back after he made a few more deliveries, as he said he's gotta come back this way, He came back within 20 mins after being on the phone to him! As I wasn't sure on when I can have a day off work and having a bank holiday weekend coming up! I really appreciate your friendliness and your great customer service! *****

I emailed on Wednesday evening 4th January saying that I have laryngeal cancer and have hospital appointments on the 9th & 11th January. My order came the next day 5th January.
