Being such a big reputable company, you’d think the service given would be a lot better. They put 100% into selling cars and making money but as soon as it comes to fixing cars and their issues (especially when gone through insurance) they don’t seem to care. They don’t return calls and they don’t communicate. The only way I got an answer was actually turning up to Mercedes and confronting on the spot.. To find out that no work had even been completed. Beyond disappointed

Visited this dealership for a new car and big shout out to Jess Holmes and Luke for their assistance with our requirements and helping us choosing the right car with right variant. We (me n wife) probably took 5-6 test rides over 2 days just to understand what model and variant will be best for us and in our budget. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the car from this store due to our position on availability of choice of colour and an early delivery; however, Jess did her best to help us whats best for us. Highly recommend for their hospitality and customer oriented support.

Customer service is extrmely poor! unless you're purchasing a car, well then they're your best friend for an hour or so. Once you leave the showroom, it all changes. My vehicle was called in for a recall (manufacturing issue), so you would expect decent service from a highly reputable company like Mercedes, especially considering that it's their fault for inconveniencing you in the first place! My next vehicle will certainly not be a Mercedes. I felt undervalued as a customer, and I have actually received far better service from other lower priced vehicle dealerships! But if you are infact set on a Mercedes, don't bother wasting your time going to the Peterborough showroom, or you'll most likely end up regretting it.

I agree with one of the other reviews service is deploring prices a RIP OFF STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND BY THE WAY I HAVE HEARD THE STAFF COME OUT WITH RACIST REMARKS THIS IS THE ATMOSPHERE IN THERE GARAGE , SACK THEM ALL MERCEDES AND GET SOME DECENT STAFF .
