    The engineers at the Cambridge branch lack experience and are not knowledgeable. If you take your car there, you might be sent on a wild goose chase and end up wasting your time and money. In my personal experience, I had to take my car back four times, only to be told that the issue could be something else. I decided not to take the car back there again as I have zero confidence the technician know what they are doing. After 15 years of owning several Mercedes, I have decided I will not own another Mercedes anytime soon. My advice to anyone in the Cambridge area is to take your car to another branch to save yourself time and money. You may also find it helpful to read other reviews online, as my experience is not an isolated one.

    Was asked to bring my car in to group1 barnwall rd Cambridge today, so myself & carerer friend did that ,as usual difficult to park ,no disabled bays free, then found for first time reception moved to a portacabin with NO DISABLED wheelchair access, but we where told they thought of disabled loos inside, but no access for disabled MOTABILITY CUSTOMERS ,no pre warning. You let us down today Mercedes , we had to return home no service done , I'm now told they will pick up my car service it & return to me ,my home on another day ,I hope we have no more problems, I have bought few brand new cars ,& now awarded MOTABILITY as severely disabled ex HMF army veteran. I think Mercedes really need to think ,& up customer service to retain customers interest with Mercedes brand. We used to love looking over cars having coffee whilst waiting for the car service ,I'm in position of being able buy new cars , have had 5 brand new cars before I was now awarded Mobility car ,but visiting group1 Mercedes barnwall rd Cambridge, well as to visiting them , not anymore it's put us well off ,won't attend wait there again, no longer wish to visit showroom. . I like to give good reviews but can not on this occasion. 2/3/23 car serviced returned thankyou group 1 mercedes 24/4/23 mercedes me app stopped functioning since first service ,still not functioning, mercedes connect can't get it functioning, given up use of the app. Over 2 months now.

    Buying a brand new Sclass worth 120k and finding myself without a GAP insurance just because they don’t offer it to chauffeurs , clearly discriminating chauffeurs who actually buy and use a lot Mercedes-Benz. Legal battle will follow up , also public social media campaign.

    Really awful service. I had my service and MOT done in October 2022 and they said they were not able to change the oil/air filter because it was on order. It's now April 2023 and they have not contacted me once to provide an update. I have chased them multiple times and just keep being passed from one person to another. I have issued a formal complaint via their own complaint system and no one has responded. I will never be using this garage again and am considering complaining to Mercedes because this kind of service is unacceptable.

    I wouldn't recommend this dealership at all, I have an e-class e300 coupe premium night edition 2 AMG line and it's done 4703 miles, and it is just over a year old. All it keeps doing is telling me the battery 12v is critical. After several warnings on the dash, the app and email alerts so they told me to book it in and they would replace the battery under warranty. I did this and arrived, 35 mins later they said they won't replace the battery free of charge, and it needs an hour's diagnostic test which I need to pay for. I told them I'm not paying for either given the age and mileage. They agreed to do the diagnostic and another 60 mins later they said there was nothing wrong with it, it's fully charged and the technician said drive-it more! Very helpful 🤬 By the time I got home 25 mins later it was doing it again.. So I called MB UK and spoke to Mercedes Me connect support who said they have had problems with the app. Fast forward and they have emailed me several times telling me it's been reset and should be fine and it's not. It has only been since the HERMES COMMUNICATION chip has been fitted that this has happened. One of the salesmen said they have had a few customers complaining of this same warning. I asked what they were doing about it and he said nothing. I was advised by Mercedes Me customer support to make a complaint and I have to MB UK customer services who were not impressed. I feel there is no help from this dealership whatsoever. They promised to email me a copy of the diagnostic report first thing this morning once the job card had been located and still almost 8 hrs on and another call to them nothing! To say I am absolutely sick to death of this situation is an understatement and it's been going on since the second week of November

    Had to go back three times for a recall on my car. Was told different stories each time about same part and charged for it. Still waiting over a month for workshop report from last visit in early February. The staff at workshop customer service have a poor attitude and had asked to make a compliant before my January visit and nothing happened. Very disrespectful attitude. I would give this a zero star to be honest. I am a long time Merc customer but service and professionalism by Merc Cambridge was a horrible experience for me and follow up horrible.
