Mercedes Dartford Under New Management is very substandard . Car was washed nicely but did not vacuumed well as I noticed dusty inside . Service history updated , but they didn't send me any sms about the work status while car inside . Normally Service A include change of key battery which they didn't do and also there was no visual health check report been sent also they didn't even corrected the correct tyre pressure as all tyres where in different pressure .. I called them few times to check the reason why they didn't perform these basic works, but nobody answered the call . Over all I am very much disappointed with their low service standard I may not go back to them again .

Parts department are racist and don't have a clue telling me you can't order parts for a Mercedes Benz car thats not in the UK. I have bought parts for my cars all over the world. All you need is your VIN or Chasis number.
