I went in to Mercedes Wolverhampton last Friday (19th May) looking for my first Mercedes, by Sunday I had a car chosen and ready for delivery, Rohit Bhatoa was the sales rep who dealt with me and the experience was great. Super friendly and happy to go out his way to make sure I had the best car possible. Got the car ready to go in less that a week and I picked it up today. I will be going back in the future and asking for Rohit to assist me with my next purchase. 100% Recommended.

Went to Mercedes Wolverhampton. I have got to say one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Customer focus excellent. Had car serviced got done well within the specified time. Relaxing lounge area, unlimited hot & cold drinks. Also had staff came to ask if I needed anymore drinks which I wasn’t expecting. Overall I’m definitely going here again. Will definitely recommend this branch to my family & friends.

Visited Mercedes Wolverhampton today, Had a flat tyre this morning and drove it in. Service staff were very busy and the manager came out (Pete) to see me. Explained that he would try his best to get it done the same day which it was! Excellent service. And made me a coffee which I needed first thing in the morning! Valued member of staff. Always amazed when I come to Wolverhampton Merc, treated fairly and not taken for a fool. Listened very well that I need the car done as quick as possible. A lot of people are quick to complain but never give credit where credit is due! It’s nice to see a manager out and about and not just sat in the office. Great bunch of people here! Parking is a nightmare because it’s always busy.. but they all say, never go to a place that isn’t busy! Showroom is a bit dull, but it is what it is. I can’t thank you enough for what you did and definitely got me out of trouble today! For that, I will always be coming back to mb wolves just because Pete treated me so well! He was also walking around greeting people in the waiting area and speaking to his customers that have known him for years. This is how dealerships should be run. A negative point, no sales staff are willing to talk about the features of the car.. so I asked Pete and he showed me features on the car that I didn’t even know I had. Thanks Pete, and thank you mb wolves
