James Jackaman helped me get my new car, for which I am grateful. He did a great job. However, post car handover has been, a strange experience. I have been chased for paperwork regarding compliance by different people. Clearly some internal process. Speaking of process, the day of picking up the car took far too long, as I had to sit and write down a whole bunch of details on their internal forms. Super inefficient tedious process. There are some other items that are pending, I’ll await closure before returning to this review with an update.

Sold me a A45 in December with a fully unsealed gearbox/gearbox oil leak The vehicle has now been off the road coming up to 2 months to carry out the warranty repair. Dealership didn’t see this fault before selling me the vehicle but it’s funny how another Mercedes dealer picked it up within minutes of it being on their ramp. Update: I have now contacted the email below as you suggested and no reply a month later

My last three cars have been a Mercedes Benz and I had a particular spec of car in mind to buy this time round. Having spoken to several Mercedes Benz main dealers, up and down the country in search of this particular spec, I was appalled at the lack of service, knowledge and downright ignorance I experienced and was wondering whether to even bother with another Mercedes Benz. But then I spoke to Mercedes Benz in Winchester - what a breath of fresh air! I dealt with David Hawes, who was knowledgable, accommodating and very easy to get on with. He managed to source a car for me to the exact spec I was looking for and it was fully prepared and handed over within the week. Everyone I spoke to within the dealership gave excellent customer service and deserved to make the sale all other Mercedes Benz dealers, I tried to deal with, missed out on. Thanks
