Took my car for service from the moment I arrived the experience was good. Unfortunately my car developed a fault whilst there and couldn't be driven. They supplied a taxi to and from my home as there were no courtesy cars available, not an issue for me. The following day I was contacted to let me know the car was fixed and a taxi would be collecting me soon. I received a discount due to the inconvenience, however as I told the young man dealing with my booking, these things happen, it's how you sort them out that matters. They sorted it to my total satisfaction.

CAR LEFT UNLOCKED AND UNATTENDED I booked in three weeks ago to have my key sorted. I gave them the opportunity to address the issue before writing this review unfortunately LSH have as usual forgotten about customer service. I took my car to have the second key sorted as it was deactivated after losing it. On my way back to pick the car up and the end of the day the my Mercedes application kept alerting that the car was unlocked. To my utter disbelief on arriving at the site my car was left unlocked in the car park. I informed the receptionist and she went to get a manager on my request. Mike appeared who made me reassurance he would be looking into what had gone wrong and would ring me back the next day. After chasing THREE times with promises each time given to contact me i am still waiting. Don’t use LSH Mercedes for anything the customer service is poor and it’s the same at Stockport

If only I could leave zero star, I always gone to Stockport branch but due to the distance decided to try this branch, left the car for annual service, paid £1275, went to collect the car and engine management light was on, while it was not on before leaving the car for annual service, I asked this is not right, I have to leave the car and come back day after, Day after, I collect the car; gone home; and the light appear again, obviously they did not bother to look into it but just removed the fault, I called them and explain the issue, I have been told I have to pay for diagnose, honestly p%& off, Looking at the staff in the branch, most of them with awful appearance but just have the Mercedes jacket on, Very bad experience,
