    The reception I received was a good experience, the young staff were exemplary. My only issues were so many emails and calls prior to the service date primarily to buy a new car, as pensioners we don’t have the budget any more. Finally a disturbing thing raised in the service, the very small LED courtesy light on the drivers side isn’t working. £15.00 for the light £300.00 plus to fit it as the entire internal door card needs to be remove to get to it. £175.00 ph Labour cost makes it a prohibitive repair. Surly a major design fault

    Visited Mercedes dealership at Weston-super-Mare as the engine management light came on the dashboard of our Mercedes GLC. On arrival we were greeted by Mark Shepherd, who was excellent. Mark kept us informed through our visit and we were very grateful for this. All other front line staff were polite and attentive, ensuring our visit was a pleasant one. We arrived at approximately 8.45 am and the fault was diagnosed and rectified by 10.30, enabling us to continue our holiday. ‘Well done Mercedes’.
