    Hopeless is the best description. Lots of people running around looking busy with ipads but all style and no substance as customer service is woeful. Car went in for a routine service with no issues and came back with problems - the resolution was far from smooth. Painful though it will be, I will drive further afield in the future to find a dealership with effective management and oversight.

    I was greatly impressed with the dealership but the buying experience left a lot to be desired . The eventual handover revolved around little familiarisation so the car was driven away with very little understanding. Marjan Yari, the Sales Consultant, was 5 star in sorting out many of the resulting issues. To progress a service plan took repeated contacts without response but Marjan resolved the matter for me. On subsequently checking the GAP documents I found the wrong A180 model referred to. A call to correct this has not been responded to so is still outstanding. In various documents I have been referred to by my second and last name, my first and second name and also by my first name. Emails from Mercedes state that my registration plate is invalid and that my email address is unknown!! I asked for a call back via a recent email but so far not received. Poor administration must be at fault. An excellent product somewhat ruined by a resulting poor experience. Please note that I seldom write a bad review but in this case I feel it fully justified. I am sure that my experience was far from the norm...I just hope, though, that corrective action is taken and I might hear from someone in authority.
