    17/05/23 First time here and wow! It was an experience I'll never forget. I was greeted with super friendly smiles from the lovely lady at reception. Quick and easy sign in for my vehicle and I then relaxed with coffee and biscuits as my car was looked at. A very calm and inviting environment to be in with the most friendly staff I've ever met.. EVERYONE was smiling 😃 thankyou to the lovely lady from customer relations ( sorry I forgot your name ) for the mercedes key fob. All in all 5 stars from me and will definitely return.     Excellent service and prompt repair following a split turbo intercooler hose on our way to our holiday destination, fortunately not too far away from this dealership. After a temporary roadside fix by the RAC the repair was booked in the very next morning having made contact with them whilst waiting for roadside assistance. Never the cheapest places to have your MB repaired but gave us complete peace of mind to continue our holiday with every confidence that the fault had been fixed properly. An excellent customer experience and just what we would expect from the MB brand and their representatives. Just one minor niggle though - the tv in the customer waiting area needs tuning in a little bit better.😉 Thanks for your help and the coffee!
