    Car was booked in for some recall work. Was told on the phone when booking their was some extra work it had been recalled for which they would do along with a 'check over' wash and vacuum. Dropped my car off and the lady who greeted me was lovely very polite. Went to collect and again greet by another lady who was very polite however I was surprised not to be told about anything of the recall work they have done/checked / any issues etc so who knows whether it was actually done. The 'check over' was very basic and didn't even pick up on a front day light not working and it wasn't washed or vacuumed as advised. It was a case of we've done the work and here are you keys. Bye. Like I said the ladies who greeted me were lovely and polite, I'm just surprised being a dealership that more information about the work was not provided.

    Where to start! Rude and disrespectful staff from the so called ‘top’ to bottom. Terrible customer service appears to be a pre requisite to be employed here. The most mendacious and unprofessional team of people I have had the misfortune to deal with. Apparently it is acceptable to accuse the customer of lying and to refuse to have a sensible and considered conversation. This is not my perception, this is sadly an actual experience. Good luck when using this garage. Unsurprisingly a 1 star review, which is too high.

    I took my car here for a service and they damaged my car and will not own up to it. Rang to try and sort it out and get passed from pillar to post, disgusting service. If I could give them lower than 1 star I would. A 1st class car and 2nd class service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

    I contacted Mercedes - Tamworth to discuss a CLS63S I had seen advertised online. David McFarland dealt with my enquiry and booked me an appointment to visit the showroom and view the vehicle. David was very accommodating when it came to answering my questions and providing details on the background of the vehicle. It was great to deal with a salesperson who provided honest feedback and I felt no pressure to make a decision. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and although I was away in Canada shortly after that visit, David managed all the paperwork and had the vehicle ready for collection on my arrival. Handover with Asceline was great and they were also both very helpful throughout the process. This is my second AMG purchase from the LSH Auto group this year and I would certainly look to purchase from this business again. Thank you all for making my purchase a 5 star experience.
