Called to book a service, I was told what the service involves and what was covered in the cost, on the day of the servicing I was told that I had to pay more for what I thought was covered by the service cost + extras £530 to be told I need more extras which were another £200 which I was originally told was in the cost, felt I was being ripped off

Many thanks to Joel for a top service. Professional and easy throughout the whole process. Within a week of going to view a brand new Mercedes, the vehicle was registered and ready to drive away. My only worry was with it driving different to my current Merc, but Joel sorted the same model and gave me a 2 day test drive without me even asking.
