    STRANDED Hoping our faith will be restored soon Purchased a e63 at lunch time drove it for 25 miles to Holmes Chapel broke down with our 2 children. One is still in nappies and we are still here 3 hours later. 50 miles from home with no nappies , no way home no phone charger nothing as we didn't plan on being out for long. The only thing I would say is Brett the sales executive was absolutely fantastic . Tracey thr operations manager was als9 very professional. Waiting for a call back from Rebecca

    I don’t want to say but i have to say it this Mercedes dealer is worst than other corner garages i had a very bad experience with them I had my car in an S class for a fan making noise . And took 8 days to find the problem they made a bill of £ 1470 for their unprofessional mechanic wasting time on my car. And at the end the problem wasn’t solved Please use other dealer this one is the worst.

    I had a service appointment at the end of which when I received my car my ear buds were missing. I immediately informed the person who was dealing with me, Mr. Shaz, and he said that they are closing for now and I will be contacted tomorrow. I waited for 12 days after which I personally went back to the service station(Mercedes Stockport)and was told that the security video has been checked and that nothing was found. I asked to speak to the manager but was refused. For a brand like Mercedes, the service was terribly poor and I will be writing a formal complaint.

    Very disappointed by the experience, You would think you pay for a quality service but received anything but that. Took my car in for service today, received a phone call saying the car is in for car wash and is ready to pick up. I left work to go pick up the keys, however waited 45 minutes and no-one came out to see me. I complained to the receptionist and within a few minutes they brought the keys out to me. I was told the car park was parked in a certain bay and it was not, I had to waste more of my time looking for my car in the car park. Once I had found the car I noticed that the car had not been washed as they promised. Overall a very poor experience, advice to anyone going there, dress in fancy clothes and flash some cash they will give you better service, that is the impression I got from the staff working there.
