Awful service. Took my car for a safety recall and was told my car would be ready by 17:00 or before and I would be called when it was ready. Received no calls or messages but an email at 17:01. When I called they said that they had messaged 3 times and called but no record of call or messages on my smart phone. During a phone conversation with a very rude and surly member of staff she as much as called me a liar for saying I’d received no messages or calls and that her colleague wouldn’t lie. I’m now left overnight without a car. Definitely would not recommend!!!

Followed a family member to Mercedes- Benz of Southampton for their E200 2021 to be looked at as they had a recall letter for the vehicle to be looked at and replace the said part(s) dropped the vehicle at 11am on Monday 28th November was told it would be ready by the end of the day. Called up at 4.30pm could not get through so drove my family member to the Mercedes-Benz of Southampton to see if it was ready. They were able to find out nothing had be fixed they actually didn't have the part in stock to fix the issue and nor did they make contact to let the family member know this. So now the error or fault is still on the dash whilst we wait for this part to come in and once again go and book in the vehicle in. Rather inconvenient and badly managed set of occurrences as myself had to set aside time to do so in the first place. Some form of apology was made but only when coming back into the service department as no one was picking the phone line for a set period of time. I do hope next time dealing with Mercedes is not this untransparent.

Never phone back to answer vital queries regarding recall, MOT, service & recently received emails from them! Even when I leave work early to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER, who STILL hasn’t phoned back 6•5 hours after promised return call! I spent this evening phoning around, desperately trying to find a local garage to carry out the MOT in time! Having paid £600/month (not to mention thousands in initial deposits) for 3 brand new Mercedes over the past 9 years, what does one have to do to justify receiving decent service?!?!
