    They kept my car for 4 days and the response from service was very poor , I’ve been charged about £800 for replacing thermostat and when i went to collect the car it was completely dirty, like I could see oily fingerprints on hood and they didn’t even wash the car. I wouldn’t think a company like Mercedes Benz would be unprofessional to do that and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They are just charging extra for their brand name.

    We had bought new car from Solihull Mercedas on December 2021, when we Pick up a car, they have sunken damaged on the side door, We are agreed for the repair and free service for next year, after a year car service they don’t do it a free service?? I would never came back again.

    I travelled from Stratford upon Avon to drop car off for pre arranged diagnostic test after a warning light appeared. The appointment was booked via the Mercedes helpline which understood our circumstances and assured us that car would be ready at 13.30. I arrived at 07.15 at the Express check in, and was seen 20 minutes later. Luckily I sought to confirm my pick up at 13.30 only to be told that the car wouldn't be ready till 18.00 meaning I would be hanging around waiting for the car for almost 11 hours. Bearing in mind that the test takes 2 hours I enquired why I needed to bring the car at 07.15? No apology, no help, no suggestions, just a shrug. Apathy. Mercedes After sales need to visit some of their competitors to see how it should be done.
