    LSH aftersales should be ashamed of their customer service. I’ve seen a decline in service over the past couple of years, but the last visit was disastrous with unprofessional staff, a complete lack of focus on the customer and a complaints team that showed just as much disinterest in fixing the problems. Still waiting for them to set up my service plan that we agreed in February!! Please review their Trust Pilot reviews and heed the warnings!! Will never use again Edit 5th May; 3 weeks on and no update or communication from LSH, I just wanted them to do what they said they would do, is that too much trouble!!

    I have used MB Solihull Aftercare a few times and have received an excellent experience. Recently, Maz managed my booking to investigate a fault with my car and he went over and beyond with his interaction. He maintained full contact and remained professional throughout considering how busy the centre was. Maz was able to resolve the issue within two days instead of the one week initially quoted. I have since taken out a service plan and will continue to use this service centre for future visits.

    My V class sliding door was not operating properly. The problem was thoroughly investigated and issue fixed to my full satisfaction. They had parts needed to do the job. Very good experience and price was competitive. Special thank you to Joe who ensures I was kept up-to-date with the progress of the work and ensures I was comfortable while I waited in the lounge. Reception staff very welcoming. Reception waiting room well appointed and had hot and cold beverages too. Previously I had come to this unit to get my E Class Command unit fixed and I happy to say they have maintained their high standards.

    My Mom’s car is currently with the service department since Monday. No-one has called her with an update. It was supposed to be in for a few hours, it’s now Wednesday. She wasn’t even offered a courtesy car by a supposed premium business. I called the service department at 12pm today and was assured someone would call her back. It’s now 3:18pm and she still hasn’t received an update. I’ve been trying to contact the service department for the last hour and the phone just rings out. Shocking customer service, and I will be making a complaint.
