5 starts and I would give more if I could!!! The best customer experience I ever had. If you are looking for a car this is the place to visit. All staff members were super helpful and friendly. From the moment we arrived on the car park we been taken care of by Oliver. He is super friendly, professional, knowledgeable with strong sense of humour. Through out the process we changed our mind few times and took time to think about our options. The team was extremely supportive giving us ideas, options and advices where needed but also plenty of space to feel comfortable. They also made it all about us and our experience. They cared about us as customers not about making only the sale. The managers also made effort coming to meet us introducing themselves and getting to know us. The communication was clear and consistent. They went an extra mile picking registration plates matching my initials and on the day when we picked our new A class. Even after the sale they still make the effort with follow up calls to make sure everything is good and we are happy with the car. Well done Mercedes and the team!!!
