He has been super responsive, very knowledgeable and professional throughout. I'd definitely recommend the place, the customer service and the car. From the first day me and my wife entered the showroom Iqram has been so helpful and had been reassuring us in any issue we had and guiding us to buying our first car together. Iqram has been going the above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable with our decisions and had made sure that we are comfortable. We eventually closed the deal on our Mercedes CLA and were so excited for handover day. Thought the waiting time Iqram had been in contact frequent to ensure that we are aware of the update and had been answering every single question we had especially from my wife who had a whole army full of questions. When it come to handover day Iqram ensured that we had the best experience in unveiling our brand new car and we could not be any happier!!!! The car is amazing especially the interior as it has a unique colour. We would like to thank the whole team at Mercedes but most importantly Iqram as he was such a big help and is a very important member and an asset of the team.
