I recently purchased my used vehicle from Sandown Mercedes-Benz of Poole and had the pleasure of dealing with Mali. From start to finish, Mali was very informative and professional. She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to meet all my requests, some of which may have been considered unusual. Upon collection, the vehicle was absolutely gleaming inside and out and was presented exactly as promised. I was made very welcome throughout the handover period and was treated to lots of coffee and biscuits. All team members that I engaged with were very pleasant and I believe it was Mali’s sales manager that I met during handover, and he too was very accommodating to my requirements. The process was straight-forward and was in fact quite enjoyable, which made it a lovely day out to the west country from East Sussex. Mali has followed up with me post-purchase, which was appreciated, and the overall experience was absolutely 5 star. I would happily return to Mali for any future purchases and recommend Sandown of Poole.

We have been to a few well known brands for the past purchases; but nothing like the Mercedes at Sand-down. A five star experience starts from the front desk, pleasant to deal with or change Appointments for a family of three kids (which can often be a case). Alice helped us through the whole process dealing with finances and choosing the car fit for our family. She is extremely helpful and person centred! She took time and effort to get to know our needs and helped us with the finances (part-exchange, etc). Also, Nick was extremely informative; getting us hands on with the gadgets and took time to answer any queries we had. What an excellent team at Sand-down highly recommend for all!

I can't thank Jordan enough for helping me find my dream car. He went over and above to help me in my search, and was so helpful and kind throughout. He really spent time to find me a car that suited me and my budget, and did everything he could to make sure the process was smooth. His customer service was incredible, he was so patient, and he is a real asset to the business. I was looking with other companies for a car as well, but nothing matched the incredible customer service from Jordan and the Sandown team. Being one of their customers with a yearly service contract, I have had my car in for repairs and servicing several times with Sandown. Every Single Time there is a problem either with not having the correct parts, or not being able to diagnose the problem, or how long I am left waiting, or not having courtesy cars available. Have wasted so much time with them, making unnecessary journeys, phone calls and taking days off work. They have ‘Right First Time’ as their mantra in the office, but I am yet to experience it in 3 years of using them. Time to change.
