The salesperson then couldn’t answer basic questions about a car they had advertised for sale. They didn’t send over photos/video when they said they would and didn’t follow-up call. Poor experience

    Having owned by first Mercedes-Benz I bought the service package to mainly budget & retain the value of my purchase. Having experienced BMW customer service previously in my car history, which I thought was great, Mercedes is OUTSTANDING! Not only do you get a hot drink, but the team go above & beyond the call of duty, James Bedford especially. Having had two tyres take out by a pot hot, he took control of my Car Care Plan, (which was becoming rather stressful) & not only got me back on the road fast, but also communicating with me at every point to ensure I was in the 'loop'. I genuinely think that I have not experienced better Customer Service then I have in this most recent encounter. Thank you James! You are a super-star!

    Came today all the way from Birmingham to collect our new GLE. Quite simply an amazing experience here huge thanks to the team special shout-out to Luke its been a pleasure to meet and speak to him super helpful if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. Would also like to thank Andy and the rest of the team for their efforts in the process too and I will definitely be coming back here for new cars even though it’s a two hour trek Luke and the team totally make it worthwhile; really would recommend Mercedes Benz of Newbury to anyone interested in buying a Merc and would encourage everyone to speak to Luke he’s amazing.
