    Was told I would be contacted last Friday (19/05) that then got changed to Monday/Tuesday and as of today (25/05) I am still waiting to hear any information. I have called to get in contact multiple times and have still not heard anything as everytime I have called, the member of team I am waiting to hear from have apparently already gone home or is on a break, I'm very disappointed as I believed mercedes to be a cut above the rest but the utter unprofessionalism I have received has proven me wrong.

    Jonathan Goodwin who helped me purchase my second car was fantastic. I travelled from Bristol to Lincoln to pick up the car when it was ready and Jonathan kindly picked me up from Hykeham station to the Mercedes-Benz of Lincoln dealership. The finalisation of the documentation and purchase of the vehicle was smooth and precise. Really happy with my purchase and service. I left the dealership with high customer satisfaction. Everything was explained in detail. I got a follow-up call from Jonathan to see how I was getting on and if I had any questions regarding the vehicle. This a great dealership which I had the honor of purchasing my first vehicle from a dealership. Absolute premium service. Great experience.

    Not really sure how to say this, but a very strange thing happened at my last service with this company, which does seem to go against my previous experience of their services. Usually, I make sure all personal belongings are removed from my vehicle when taking it for services, MOT, etc, but on this occasion, things had been left in situ. The odd thing is when the car was returned, it was a collect and return service, it had not been cleaned inside and apparently the driver did not inform his team that the car was not valeted, There was what appeared to be toilet or kitchen roll particles everywhere and things were missing. The things which I now have to replace are a Bosch car vacuum cleaner, an iPod Nano, 5th or 6th generation, the wires and leads for this and, oddly one flip flop slipper... Not to mention the actual boot tidy in which these things were stored. I cannot comprehend how these items came to be missing as I have been assured that things are removed in order to clean the car, and if items are not put back, they are kept in lost property until claimed. So, firstly, the car wasn't cleaned inside, although the particles of kitchen or toilet roll were not there when the car was collected. Secondly, if the car was not cleaned, why are there things missing? Thirdly, if the things are not with me in my property, and they are not in the workshop, where are they? And finally, this business has said that there is no proof the items were in the car when it went for its service, but as mentioned, I don't have them either. But also, why would I only take one slipper out of my car and leave the other in the car? I just find this a bizarre and weird experience and I wish there was a way to find out what really happened. They have kindly valeted my car now, which I really appreciate, however I am left with a mystery I can't solve.

    Their communication between each department is rubbish and therefore the communication to me is too! Job I had asked for to be done 5 days prior was not completed, no one told me this hadn’t been done or why, a call to tell me and explain would have been nice no? Shocking. Was told the car needed 2 new tyres on, I was told that they were the same tyres as already on the car however they weren’t. Same brand yes but not the same tyre!!! There is a huge difference with this. I rang to ask when car would be ready as had to go out for an emergency was told they would let me know but of course they didn’t. (Drop off service) Customer service was just terrible from the get go when we received no confirmation email and then to even ring and confirm it seemed a hassle! Will not be bothering again.
